For the purpose of minimising the size of output matrices, each sphere item has a reduced length name or header. These default to the first twenty five characters of the full forty eight-character name but may be adjusted through the header review form. Before a revised sphere item header is recorded, it is checked against the existing table. If the new header repeats an existing header at the same level, you will be prompted to accept or change it. Duplicate headers, can cause problems when creating a matrix. See Relations Review for more information. The check can be suspended or reset if you wish by clicking the Repeat Header Check, check box which switches from On to Off. FiltersFilters may be set to restrict the number of items displayed and the sphere review form may be called for any given sphere item by double clicking one of its fields. For more information about filters, see Common Features and Facilities. ButtonsThe Sort button may be used to vary the sequence of the items displayed from sequence key to name and the reverse. The Print button for the sphere header form offers several options, the "as seen" screen print, a full sphere report or the short sphere report. The reports include only those items which comply with any current filters. |
