To define a new sphere, press Page Down until you arrive at a sphere for which the name shows "UNDEFINED". The act of changing this to a name of your choice is sufficient to create a sphere table. A sphere may be renamed at any time. (See spheres and relationships.). To enter, add or change the names of the levels in the sphere, type these in the appropriate fields. Sphere Attributes can be added or changed by altering the appropriate names and setting their types in the Definable Sphere Fields area. (See attribute types.) Remove a SphereYou can remove an unwanted sphere by deleting its Sphere Name. This will cause the sphere table to be deleted and the sphere definition entry to revert to "UNDEFINED". SphereAdditional facilities on the form let you view or print a graphic representation of the whole schema, to print the Schema Report or to add a formatted text note to define the characteristics or meaning of the sphere. |
