The third section of the menu form, the Facilities page, has twelve buttons which launch the following functions:

Schema Customisation

 View Schema calls the schema review form. It requires no further information.
Customise Spheres calls the sphere definition manager. It requires no further information.
Customise Relations calls the relationship definition manager. It requires no further information.

Clustering

 Clustering Wizard calls the matrix clustering wizard which takes a step by step approach to carrying out the clustering process and the conversion of the resulting clusters to new sphere items and their new relations.
Review Cluster calls the cluster review which displays the contents of each required cluster and its relations with other clusters or with unclustered items.
Cluster Matrix calls the clustering manager for a pre-specified matrix file. This includes facilities for clustering the current matrix, converting its clustered contents to new sphere items and relations and exporting the matrix. A matrix type must be specified.

Miscellaneous

 Define Diagrams calls the diagram review manager to permit the recording of new diagrams and their contents.
Data Sharing with Spreadsheet Processors Import from Spreadsheet calls the spreadsheet import selector and either the sphere data import manager or the relation data import manager to allow import of new information created in an external matrix.
Export Matrix calls the matrix export manager to permit export of an existing matrix table to a spreadsheet or text file. Direct access to the spreadsheet after export is provided.
Re-Import Matrix calls the matrix import selector followed by the matrix import manager to allow re-import of new information added externally to a matrix.

Data Transfer between Projects

 Transfer Wizard calls the transfer wizard to permit movement of data between projects, downloading to a remote, unlinked copy of a project or uploading.
Perform Transfer calls the transfer manager to permit movement of data between projects, downloading to a remote, unlinked copy of a project or uploading.
