The diagram review manager form provides the means of entering the details of new diagrams or reviewing existing diagrams. If you do not have a local copy of Visio and the system is not able to retrieve its location automatically, you can enter the full path for your networked copy in the Visio Path field. To view the diagram itself, once the Visio path has been entered, simply click the View button and Visio will be launched and the currently selected diagram will be displayed.
