Limited attribute information, up to six user-defined fields, is available for each sphere as well as an unlimited note area. NOTE that the same attributes apply to all levels within the sphere. Some attributes may apply to all levels while others are intended to apply to one or more specific levels. Attribute data defined in the demonstration project is as follows:

Logical Function makes use of four of the six attribute fields and most can relate to any level. They are:

Organisation makes use of five of the six attribute fields. They are:

Information makes use of all six attribute fields. The first three apply to any level, the fourth applies to the Data Entity level and the last two apply only to the Attribute level. They are

This amount of attribute data has been found by experience to be sufficient for almost all projects. Any further necessary detail can be held in note form for the sphere items. Defined attribute data should be limited to attributes needed for selection purposes or for standard reporting.
