The product is a means of maintaining a complete Strategic Architecture for an enterprise without the cost of a completely custom-built database. At the same time, it is highly customisable to specific requirements. In brief, Strategy SAVI® consists of a simplified relational model which can be used to depict the typical dimensions of a Strategic Architecture together with a set of screens and reports which facilitate customisation of the model, recording of the architectural details and reporting on their meaning and implications. The underlying environment, Paradox for Windows, is particularly rich in query and reporting facilities, which permits the extension of reporting into logically connected analyses. Essential extra features for the Business Engineer include the ability to cluster matrices which link the dimensions of the architecture and to plot and diagram flows contained in recursive relationships.
